About Rob Dorn

Rob Dorn has performed in hundreds of theatres across the country including regional theatre, national tours and the concert stage. He was the creator and artistic director of the vocal group “Three Hits and a Miss” who toured internationally and performed in such noted venues as Carnegie Hall.
Currently, he sings his favorite kind of music (1930’s and 40’s swing) at Chicago’s Green Mill Jazz Club with both the Alan Gresik Swingshift Orchestra and Main Stem Orchestra.
Most recently he debuted his holiday show, “Wonderland: 364 Days ’til Christmas” at Davenports. He is featured on several recordings including “I’m Wishing,”  “Wonderland,” (solo) and “Mixing it Up,” “Sing Sing Swing,” “Christmas Presence,” and “Sentimental Star” (with Three Hits and a Miss). Rob is an avid illustrator and during the daytime hours, works as a Visual Designer at IBM.
