A hero, facing the death penalty for crimes against an oppressive state, revisits his family’s story for guidance. Long ago, after a war fragmented the U.S., a man sought to rescue his sister from the still-battling Midwest. On his journey, he lost and found a family. In La Familia Dune, courage, decency and love battle selfishness and vengeance in a modern world that has fallen apart.
