About Siobhan McKissic

SiobhanMcKissicSiobhan McKissic is an interdisclipinary artist and musician living and working in Chicago. Her work focuses on the process of making, habit, and the necessity of routine for emotional and physical healing. She received her BA from Amherst College and is a MLIS candidate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Currently she serves as the Library and Collections Assistant for Rebuild Foundation. She spends most days playing in the library and helping artists and the general public to be inspired by the collections held at the Stony Island Arts Bank. When’s she’s not working, you can find her at local art exhibitions, jazz performances, and starting conversations about the importance of preserving archival materials. She’s honored to be a part of the cast of At Mister Kelly’s and is still trying to figure out how she got so lucky.
