(CHICAGO, IL) Three Cat Education is thrilled to announce a new theater education program at the Berger Park Coach House (6205 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, IL 60660) in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago. Beginning March 16, Three Cat Education (the education arm of Three Cat Productions) will be holding auditions for “The Stinky Cheese Man”.

“The Stinky Cheese Man” has student actors using sketch comedy and improvisational games to create their own original script based on the book by Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith while exploring beloved characters such as Jack (Jack and the Beanstalk), Cinderumplestiltskin (Cinderella and Rumplestiltskin) and The Stinky Cheese Man (The Gingerbread Man)! Performances will take place the Berger Park Coach House on May 18 and May 19.

Auditions will be held on March 16 from 12:00pm to 1:30pm and on March 18 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Each child’s individual talents are used to create a production that is uniquely theirs. Tuition for “The Stinky Cheese Man” is $250.

In addition to “The Stinky Cheese Man”, Three Cat Education will begin acting classes on March 26. Classes include “Off the Cuff!” and “Broadway Bound”.

“Off the Cuff!” offers students a chance to study improv and see if they really have what it takes, following the long standing tradition of improvisation in Chicago’s Theatre scene. This class begins on Tuesday, March 26 and runs May 14.

“Broadway Bound” challenges students to build skills in acting, singing and dance through scene work, vocal coaching and choreography. This program begins Wednesday, March 27 and runs to May 15.

Both classes end with a showcase at the Berger Park Coach House. Tuition for each class is $150. Scholarships and discounts available upon request. All programing will be held at Berger Park Coach House at 6205 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, IL 60660. Registration and more information about individual classes are available at the web site,, or by calling (312) 970-9840 or sending an email to
