Mark Burrows wrote the music and lyrics and collaborated with playwright Tina Montgomery on the musical “Love Affairs and Wedding Bells“.   Their piece  “With So Many Things to See” from the musical “Love Affairs and Wedding Bells” is featured in our spring musical revue “Chicago Is!: A Hometown Musical Revue!”

MARK BURROWS (music and lyrics) has written the scores to CROSSROADS (music and lyrics), presented at Elmhurst College in 2002; DOWNTOWN (music), presented as part of the “Monday Night Musicals” series at Theatre Building Chicago in 2005, and now LOVE AFFAIRS AND WEDDING BELLS, which received a staged reading at the Fullerton College (CA) Playwrights Festival in January of 2015. He was a member of the Theatre Building Chicago’s Musical Theatre Workshop from 2003 to 2006. By day, he works as the Operations Manager for International Language Services, a company that provides language access services to Chicago area hospitals.
